In April 2023, the building at 11512 S Normandy Avenue in Worth was sold and repurposed to serve the needs of a new community. The property, once home to the Church of Christ, was transformed by the new owners, operating under the name Worth Mosque NFP. This marked the beginning of the Islamic Center of Worth, which now serves as a central place of worship for the Muslim community.<\/p>

The center is designed to foster spiritual growth and provide a welcoming space for individuals seeking religious connection. Regular prayer services are held, ensuring that the community can come together for the five daily prayers.<\/p>

In addition to worship, the center offers religious education, providing classes and teachings to help individuals strengthen their faith. The center also hosts a variety of cultural activities to promote community engagement and understanding.<\/p>
