    Prayer Iqamah Times (Effective from Sunday, 30 March 2025):

    • Fajr: 35 minutes after Athan

    • Maghrib: 10 minutes after Athan

    • Isha: 10 minutes after Athan

    ‘The metaphor of the five prayers is that of an sizeable flowing river at the door of one of you in which he washes five times every day.

    Ayat أيات
    And those who do not bear false witness, and when they come across indecencies, they pass by with dignity
    Surah Al-Furqan (72)
    وَالَّذِينَ لَا يَشْهَدُونَ الزُّورَ وَإِذَا مَرُّوا بِاللَّغْوِ مَرُّوا كِرَامًا
    Ayat أيات
    In it are clear signs: the Station of Abraham. Whoever enters it attains security. Pilgrimage to the House is a duty upon people before Allah for those who can make the journey. But whoever refuses—Allah is Independent of the worlds
    Surah Al Imran (97)
    فِيهِ آيَاتٌ بَيِّنَاتٌ مَقَامُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ۖ وَمَنْ دَخَلَهُ كَانَ آمِنًا ۗ وَلِلَّهِ عَلَى النَّاسِ حِجُّ الْبَيْتِ مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ إِلَيْهِ سَبِيلًا ۚ وَمَنْ كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَنِيٌّ عَنِ الْعَالَمِينَ
    Ayat أيات
    The Hajj is during specific months. Whoever commits to performing the Hajj—there shall be no sexual relations, nor misconduct, nor quarreling during the Hajj. Whatever good you do, Allah knows it. And take the necessary provision, but the best provision is righteousness. And be mindful of Me, O possessors of understanding
    Surah Al-Baqarah (197)
    الْحَجُّ أَشْهُرٌ مَعْلُومَاتٌ ۚ فَمَنْ فَرَضَ فِيهِنَّ الْحَجَّ فَلَا رَفَثَ وَلَا فُسُوقَ وَلَا جِدَالَ فِي الْحَجِّ ۗ وَمَا تَفْعَلُوا مِنْ خَيْرٍ يَعْلَمْهُ اللَّهُ ۗ وَتَزَوَّدُوا فَإِنَّ خَيْرَ الزَّادِ التَّقْوَىٰ ۚ وَاتَّقُونِ يَا أُولِي الْأَلْبَابِ
    Ayat أيات
    They ask you about the crescents. Say, “They are timetables for people, and for the Hajj.” It is not virtuous that you approach homes from their backs, but virtue is to be pious. So approach homes through their doors. And be conscious of Allah, so you may succeed
    Surah Al-Baqarah (189)
    يَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْأَهِلَّةِ ۖ قُلْ هِيَ مَوَاقِيتُ لِلنَّاسِ وَالْحَجِّ ۗ وَلَيْسَ الْبِرُّ بِأَنْ تَأْتُوا الْبُيُوتَ مِنْ ظُهُورِهَا وَلَٰكِنَّ الْبِرَّ مَنِ اتَّقَىٰ ۗ وَأْتُوا الْبُيُوتَ مِنْ أَبْوَابِهَا ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ
    Ayat أيات
    Those whose efforts in this world are misguided, while they assume that they are virtuous in their works
    Surah Al-Kahf (104)
    الَّذِينَ ضَلَّ سَعْيُهُمْ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَهُمْ يَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّهُمْ يُحْسِنُونَ صُنْعًا
    Ayat أيات
    Those who believe in the Unseen, and perform the prayers, and donate from what We have provided for them
    Surah Al-Baqarah (3)
    الَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْغَيْبِ وَيُقِيمُونَ الصَّلَاةَ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنْفِقُون
    Ayat أيات
    Say, “Shall we inform you about the worst losers' actions?
    Surah Al-Kahf (103)
    قُلْ هَلْ نُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِالْأَخْسَرِينَ أَعْمَالًا
    Ayat أيات
    The only people to attend Allah’s mosques are those who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and pray regularly, and practice regular charity, and fear none except Allah. These are most likely to be guided
    Surah At-Tawbah (18)
    ِنَّمَا يَعْمُرُ مَسَاجِدَ اللَّهِ مَنْ آمَنَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَأَقَامَ الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَى الزَّكَاةَ وَلَمْ يَخْشَ إِلَّا اللَّهَ ۖ فَعَسَىٰ أُولَٰئِكَ أَنْ يَكُونُوا مِنَ الْمُهْتَدِينَ
    Ayat أيات
    O you who believe! Why do you say what you do not do? , It is most hateful to Allah that you say what you do not do
    Surah As-Saff (2-3)
    يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لِمَ تَقُولُونَ مَا لَا تَفْعَلُونَ ، كَبُرَ مَقْتًا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ أَنْ تَقُولُوا مَا لَا تَفْعَلُون
    ِAyat أيات
    Those who spend their wealth by night and by day, privately and publicly, will receive their reward from their Lord. They have nothing to fear, nor shall they grieve
    Surah Al-Baqarah (274)
    الَّذِينَ يُنْفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ بِاللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ سِرًّا وَعَلَانِيَةً فَلَهُمْ أَجْرُهُمْ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ وَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُون
    Ayat أيات
    And they will say, “Our Lord, we have obeyed our superiors and our dignitaries, but they led us away from the way
    Surah Al-Ahzab (67)
    وَقَالُوا رَبَّنَا إِنَّا أَطَعْنَا سَادَتَنَا وَكُبَرَاءَنَا فَأَضَلُّونَا السَّبِيلَا
    Ayat أيات
    If you give charity openly, that is good. But if you keep it secret, and give it to the needy in private, that is better for you. It will atone for some of your misdeeds. Allah is Aware of what you do
    Surah Al-Baqarah (271)
    إِنْ تُبْدُوا الصَّدَقَاتِ فَنِعِمَّا هِيَ ۖ وَإِنْ تُخْفُوهَا وَتُؤْتُوهَا الْفُقَرَاءَ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ ۚ وَيُكَفِّرُ عَنْكُمْ مِنْ سَيِّئَاتِكُمْ ۗ وَاللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌ
    Ayat أيات
    On the Day when their faces are flipped in the Fire, they will say, “If only we had obeyed Allah, and obeyed the Messenger
    Surah Al-Ahzab (66)
    يَوْمَ تُقَلَّبُ وُجُوهُهُمْ فِي النَّارِ يَقُولُونَ يَا لَيْتَنَا أَطَعْنَا اللَّهَ وَأَطَعْنَا الرَّسُولَا
    Ayat أيات
    And they denied them unjustly and proudly while their soul had been convinced of them; consider, then how was the end of the mischief-makers.
    Surah An-Naml (14)
    وَجَحَدُوا بِهَا وَاسْتَيْقَنَتْهَا أَنْفُسُهُمْ ظُلْمًا وَعُلُوًّا ۚ فَانْظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُفْسِدِينَ
    Ayat أيات
    O My servants who have believed: My earth is vast, so worship only Me.
    Surah Al-Ankabut (56)
    يَا عِبَادِيَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّ أَرْضِي وَاسِعَةٌ فَإِيَّايَ فَاعْبُدُون
